I have never had such a bad experience at an apartment complex. The customer service is terrible. Lexie, specifically, is extremely rude, always has a bad attitude, and never seems interested in actually resolving any issues. The apartments are also in very poor condition. They are old, outdated, and many of the materials and fixtures feel cheap and low quality. Despite that, they still try to charge you for absolutely everything. I would not recommend living here.

My experience living here was horrible. They are constantly trying to overcharge residents and seem to find every possible reason to take money from you. When you move out, they try to charge you for everything, even though the apartments are old and already need renovations. It feels like they are trying to make tenants pay for upgrades and remodeling that should be the propertyâs responsibility. I would not recommend this place at all.

Lived here for about 4 months I've had my neighbor banging on the ceiling the entire time sent video clips from 4am they don't do anything. But if my dog barks during the day I get a eviction notice within a week. Had people knock on my door and run away. Rent is way overpriced for the small apartment you get. Don't recommend.

Candlestick lane management didnât tell me they would be blocking off my apartment so they can paint, now I canât access my apartment for a couple hours.

This review is for Spencer the maintenance guy . He was so awesome he came over to do 1 thing and was able to fix 2 other things perfectly and quickly with no hesitation and was super friendly . Thank you so much Spencer ðð¼

I am truly impressed with the management staff at Candlestick Lane! Every single team member is excellent, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. I recently had a community issue that needed immediate attention, and the office handled it with incredible speed and professionalism. It is rare to find an apartment team this responsive and dedicated to keeping the community a great place to live. Highly recommend!
