This was my first real apartment I moved into. We moved in quickly, literally over the weekend we were in an apartment. I really only ever communicated with Tony in the office and Cory the maintenance dude. Both very nice. They were very understanding about rent (well Tony. The other lady isnā??t too nice, but I only dealt with her once). It was a nice little apartment, wish there were lights. Overall I really didnā??t hate living here, and am actually a little sad to leave.
Now, i would be lying if I said there wasnā??t some things that really sucked living here. if you need something fixed in this place they will not show up for forever. I asked to have a light fixed while we were out of town (considering there are no lights in the living room or master bedroom I was concerned about not having another light) and when we returned it was not fixed. When I called Tony he said that the maintenance people told him theyā??d already been there to fix it, but heā??s put in another work order. Two days passed and nobody showed to fix it. I finally stopped Cory around the complex and asked when he was coming in to fix it, and he said nobody ever even told him it needed fixing. I donā??t know who was telling the truth, regardless the communication between staff isnā??t very good. Our water heater went out on a Sunday and the ā??emergencyā? maintenance line didnā??t work. So just make sure youā??re really getting them to put in your work orders when you call the first time.
Oh, and another thing. I think itā??s a little unfair to charge as much when the amenities couldnā??t even be used. They started remodeling shortly after we moved in and said itā??d be finished by November 2018. Itā??s still not done and weā??ve moved out.
