LOVE the communication I had during my experience with them. Kim is the best!! Someone answers the phone and then actually gives you correct information with follow through. Instructions were very clear and the process was quick and easy. Thanks for being a breath of fresh air after a previous horrible experience with another apartment building.

Awesome place to live. I had a wonderful experience living here. The staff has always been friendly and willing to work with you on things you need. It is quiet and I had no problems with other tenants or their pets. The area never felt unsafe living here.

Iâve lived here for 5 years and about to sign my 6th year lease. The staff is amazing and I couldnât be happier living here. Perfect location and very peaceful. The dog park is amazing and the pool (in the summer) is very nice, clean and fun. An especial thanks to Michel for all youâve done for me.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Michael S. and the team at Candlestick Lane! In the past, dealing with management here was really difficultâI often felt unsafe, invalidated, or ignored. working with Michael S. has been a complete turnaround. Michael is empathetic, polite, and actually listens. I feel safe asking him questions because I know he will treat me with respect. He is great at finding a middle ground: he takes my requests to the owners and advocates for me (like getting me new blinds!), but he also sets healthy boundaries. Even when he has to say "no" to a request, like with the new stove, he is professional and kind about it. He isn't a pushover, but he is compassionate, which makes a huge difference compared to what I experienced before. He is a massive asset to AMC and to the tenants at Candlestick. I also want to thank Kim and Lexi at the front desk, and the maintenance teamâCarlos, Brandon, and Mathewsâfor always being kind and helpful.

We were residents of Candlestick LN for two years and this condominium is truly spectacular. Its common areas, surrounded by nature, make for a great place to relax. It has a family atmosphere, a fair price, and its management team was always attentive to providing excellent service. THANK YOU, Candlestick family!
