I am absolutely surprised that this place is still open. I don't know any code violations for buildings, health code violation, but this place should not be allowed to rent out unless they do a full remodel. Our place was dripping water from the air conditioning unit the whole year and when we tried to get them to fix it they basically said they couldn't do anything about it. Who knows if I have been breathing in mold for the whole year and increased my chances of getting cancer. The air conditioning did not work the whole entire summer and it was miserable. It would be on the lowest possible temperature setting the whole entire summer and the place would still be 80-85 degrees inside. The electricity bill was definitely showing it. The insulation also sucked the place did not stay warm at all during the winter. The floors were creaking. The wall sockets weren't even straight, the cabinets were not straight, the whole entire place looked like they picked the worst contractor to build the whole place. When I first put a towel on the towel rack I the bathroom the thing fell to the ground. I also don't think that they even do proper background checks on the people there because you can hear couples fighting. Walked outside and would see couples fighting and screaming the building over and throwing things out the sliding door from the 3rd story. Police were always there dealing with people. I am pretty sure there was a crackhead living there as well would hear him all the way across from the building yelling at who knows what all night long and just bizarre activities. This place is definitely not worth anything near the price they are offering to rent there.The mailbox unit doesn't even work properly at all some peoples mailboxes were left open because the thing simply would not lock, so if you want your mail stolen as well by simply walking up and pulling it out of your box, then live here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU WILL HATE THIS PLACE AND YOU ARE STUCK ONCE YOU SIGN.
