Property is over 35 years old and it really shows, apartment address system makes it VERY difficult for delivery people to find you. No pantry or linen...

I lived in a studio apartment there in 2016-2016. The rates were very fair. The management has always been incredibly kind and professional to me. If I wasn't living so far from work and school, I would totally live there again. They're done even greater work to improve the property since I left there. Almost all the bad reviews come either from Karens who didn't respectfully talked assertively about an issue or won't assume personal responsibility for the issue. Very peaceful. Never had an issue with my neighbors. Keep up the great work Candlestick!

Living here two years now. Very clean apartments and a big fan of the trees and grass. Love the people who work here! Tony and Amber are always kind to us. Update: Three years living here! Love how fast my maintenance orders are taken care of and how friendly the staff is! Living here is so convenient for my commute and I love how dog friendly this place is. Thanks again guys! UPDATE 2020: maintenance is a joke, and they don’t look into who they’re hiring. It’s taken six months and my ac is still not functioning right. i’ve never had staff talk to me like these people. Maria is so rude she’s the reason a lot of people have moved out, and i see why! whenever you try to talk to management about anything it just seems to get brushed off.

Worse place to live. Just moved out so happy I am not living in this hell hole anymore. If you are looking at this place to rent run the other way. Do not live here you will regret it the second you move in.

Just be careful. There's alot of gas lighting from management. They are very polite and kind to get you to sign a contract. If you are late on a payment, expect no mercy. You will have to pay a hefty late fee. Candlestick is about making money. They will respond to my review with the same fluff and politeness as they always do, but don't be deceived.
