If I could tear this place down without taking homes away from people.. I would. Its almost 1k for a studio that has appliances from the early 90 s. The staff is extremely rude and lies to you. They gave me a fine with no prior notice for compliance. And it was things my neighbor was doing. Manager Maria is plain and simple the most unhappy and rude person I've ever met. Lies blatantly to your face with a smile.

If I could tear this place down without taking homes away from people.. I would. Its almost 1k for a studio that has appliances from the early 90 s. The staff is extremely rude and lies to you. They gave me a fine with no prior notice for compliance. And it was things my neighbor was doing. Manager Maria is plain and simple the most unhappy and rude person I've ever met. Lies blatantly to your face with a smile.

Sorry I didn't mean to send that. But I asked back in 2014 If she would honor my doctor's notes for my dogs because he wrote they were are therapy dogs. Neither of us would even be here If it wasn't for my dogs. They have known from day one that I have Three ?. Now as of December 2017 she raised my pet fees to 85 per month I can't get a closer parking stall with a handicap sticker and my car was towed after I parked in an empty stall in front of my apartment late on Friday night and I had helped my mom and I just couldn't walk from my stall that time. But it was towed on Saturday at 1:00. No courtesy knock on my door since she knows my car because when I had that first meeting and in the middle of the office instead of in private. She humiliated me and my car was towed for 40 dollars, maybe two days after due to road work but as they have in the past knocked on my door too. Well not a chance, they never even worked that area until late afternoon. then the matter of never setting up an appointment for maintenance but she would tell me that they were coming but no call and I waited for two days that time. Now what would you think about having my manager. By the way unless I didn't say that last tow from the empty stall was 308 to get but then someone parks in the FIRE LANE and gets a little warning note on their window. She has definitely made my life h hell here and still to this day I will be evicted in three days because I was to sick and couldn't get my answer to the courthouse in time. Well I get another chance to answer this order of restitutions which I know is a blessing ??? I would just love to hide from this ugly and cruel world anymore. It's been an amazing journey home and now I need to tell all ✌????? there doesn't seem to be as many nice people as there used to be when I grew up. But, that was in another world, Okinawa ?????✌? I really don't expect for the mistakes to get any of my money or sanity back but I would sure find a house with all of that and not have to hide from trouble ???? I've lived here for about 1.5 years and I could not be happier. I live in a little studio, and from the very first time I saw it, I fell in love. The layout was very well thought out, as I have ample storage space, an open kitchen, and walk in closet! The staff here is super friendly and has always been great to work with. There's tons of open parking, and very friendly neighbors. Highly recommend!

I made a huge mistake when I signed a lease with this apartment complex. For the most part everything was ok, but one month I had a short check and so I paid rent in full but couldn't pay their utility fees by the rent due date. That next morning there was a 3-day pay or evict notice on my door charging in excess of $300 (the utilities were just barely over $100) . They didn't call, they didn't email, they didn't just apply a late fee. Don't give these people your business, it's just not worth your money.
