Just received a notice about this place. Lived there 7 years ago and now that I bought a house they are trying to sue me for $3000 dlls that apparently we owe. Even tho we owe nothing and left in good standing. This place just tries to get $$ out of everyone and everything they can. UPDATE: They are also adding $8000 dlls on interest for the unpaid debt, and about $4000 dlls for "repairs". looking at the itemized bill, they are charging a full renovation of the apartment. DONT RENT FROM HERE.

Property Management: Prompt and GREAT quality responses to inquires or concerns. Michael, Kim and Karley are ALWAYS very professional and respectful to me as a tenant. Property Maintenance: Timely, possible by appointment, and accurate completion of maintenance requested.
