I appreciate the leasing office and everything they do! I often forget my key for my unit and whether it’s Kim, Michael or Karley I always am met with so much understanding and immediate help. I appreciate all the hard work you guys do to make living here so comfortable. Thank you guys.

They make you pay everything, even the owner’s property taxes. The contract if you sign, you’ll have to pay $8,000 penalty to break the contract if you need to get out of it. Makes it impossible to break if you’re not wanting to let go of that kind of money. There are CAM fees and carport cost. They don’t do a last walk through with you. Expect to pay cleaning fees regardless of how much you clean. I paid just under 500 out of pocket when I got my last bill there, and they kept my 300 deposit. Only thing I didn’t clean was the fridge and oven when I left. Other than that, I left the place very clean. Also left 2 weeks earlier than my contract was due. But they didn’t refund me anything from that. Kim the person that works there is great. I didn’t care for the manager there. It’s a safe community and close to everything, but the cost in breaking the contract was impossible.

My husband and I were struggling extremely bad trying to find a place that would accept us because of our past. We have turned our life around and just needed someone to give us a second chance at life and CANDLESTICK LANE APARTMENTS gave us that second chance! There are such good people here snd we have felt so welcomed here! So happy we found this place!

Been here for over a year. Complaints were mostly due to other residents, not so much apartments or management. IE repetitive noise complaints and break-in concerns. Management was understanding with me and encouraged working with them and the police to resolve matters. So far, no additional break-ins and noise complaints have been managed. Pet friendly and maintenance is very responsive. I enjoy this location, it's close to many things I enjoy, including public transportation, and my close friend lives in the complex in another building. She's on Section 8 housing, so I know that's a plus for those who qualify.

I really like living here! Sometimes maintenance can be slow, but that is my only main complaint. The pool and amenities are usually always clean and the staff are usually all professional in my experience. The 1-bedroom I have is really spacious and the balconies give great views!
