I've lived here for 3 years and I have been treated well and respectful by every leasing agent that has entered this property. I love my neighbors and staff on the ground. They make sure we are safe and keep leveled heads when dealing witn irate tenets. I can say, being the only place over lived while in Utah, I do not plan to leave anytime soon. Unless a house falls into my lap. Haha, but I love it here and will not change a thing.

I’ve enjoyed living here. Minor issues get resolved quickly and Karley is awesome and responds quickly to questions and concerns. Love that it’s pet friendly as well.

I lived in a studio apartment for two years. Great people to work with. Maintenance was quick and efficient. I dock one star for being overpriced for a studio apartment. All in all Candlestick served its purpose and did it with a smile.

Karley and her staff are the best! They resolve issues quickly, and they're always friendly. I've lived here for quite some time and have seen different management come and go. Karley and her team are by far the best. It's a major reason why I continue to stay here.

I lived there for 18 months. First day, moved out of my apartment, rented a truck, took the day off work, and showed up to pick up the keys at 10am on the date we had discussed. They told me I had to wait multiple days. Absolutely no care for others. Our AC broke down multiple times, leaving us in 85f heat day round, for weeks. Do not rent here. Please. There are so many better places in the area, for much cheaper. Don't be like me. -John Peterson

We were left in 84Â° temperatures in our apartment unit for 2 weeks because "we don't send out technicians until it gets to 70Â° consistently outside". It ended up being a fried breaker that had partially melted. The AC unit has been broken for months at this point, and still wasn't working when we turned in our keys.

So Iâve been living here a couple months. All the problems Iâve had have been minor and were resolved promptly. Management is very professional and weâre completely transparent and upfront about pricing. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. I like it a lot. Edit: Iâve been here over a year, resigned my lease little bit ago. Iâm still really happy with this place. Office staff is great, always friendly and professional, maintenance is great, the only problem I had since first posting was handled quickly.
