NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN SO RIPPED OFF! THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD COST ME $1100 PER MONTH, AND IT COSTED US $1800 PER MONTH TO LIVE THERE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SHADEY CAM ARTISTS!!

Lived here for a year and a half. Really has the potential to be a great place to live but the complex is mismanaged. Maitenance requests have been quick to be answered and the guy who responds to them is great, but everything else is done at the bare minimum. Its a "paint over the light switches" kind of place. Do it fast and do it cheap.... Haven't complained about any other items, but have been having a conversations with the Complex Manager about neighbores who continually let their animals free roam the complex and nothing has been done which is really the tipping point for me writing this review. Can't recommend living here - you'll be treated as an item to collect cash from. Edit 1: If you see their reply below, use common sense. Its a copy and paste response. Does that really make you feel like this is a company that cares?

I originally gave this place a great review, but after a year of living there I had to change it. The apartment itself is nice, however itâs SO cold in the winter our bill was insanely high as the apartment never got warm enough. Maintenance helped multiple times and nothing changed. Maintenance however were awesome, Carlos is great at his job and very respectful. Bailee the assistant manager is also very kind. This place has so much drug activity, I didnât feel comfortable living there, not being home alone. The rent was so outrageous that it completely ruined our financial security. Happy to be out of there now.
